AdvaMed Advance Inclusion and Diversity Maturity Model
We're starting our journey by working with our members to develop a common framework we can use to relate our journeys and evaluate our starting point and progress as an industry. Developed in collaboration with Korn Ferry, the AdvaMed Advance Inclusion and Diversity Maturity Model identifies five core categories of focus in the inclusion and diversity journey. (Compliance, Awareness, Talent Integration, Business Integration and Market Integration).
