This landmark bipartisan legislation will establish a stable reimbursement pathway for medical devices authorized by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) that rely on artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), also known as Algorithm-Based Healthcare Services (ABHS).
